This presentation will include a panel discussion on ethics issues arising in estate planning.  Common scenarios in which a lawyer assisting clients with estate planning may encounter an ethical quandary will be analyzed, and the panel will propose best practices in identifying and addressing those situations.  Several Rules of Professional Conduct will be discussed and applied by the panel.  Practitioners who provide clients with estate planning, whether regularly or on a limited basis, can benefit from this presentation.
