Upon completion of this presentation the attendees will understand the concepts of impairment and disability; know the uses and limitations of a functional capacity evaluation and, be knowledgeable regarding the determining demographics/factors of disability associated with several medical conditions typically encountered in the legal profession.    Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m.  The fee includes lunch, handouts, and CLE fees.
