This course will review amendments and changes to the Pennsylvania and Northampton County Rules of Civil Procedure and Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence enacted in the past year.  In addition to discussing developments in civil procedure, this course will cover developments in attorney-client privilege and service of process issues in civil litigation and, look at proposed rules of civil procedure to identify potential future trends in civil litigation.
