This program will introduce you to the new Veterans’ Court under the Problem Solving Courts.  The objectives of the presentation will be to:

a) educate attendees about the impetus for developing the Veterans’ Court;

b) provide training on the eligibility requirements and application process;

c) explain the structure and goals of the program;

d) address questions regarding the Veterans’ Court, as well as the Mental Health Court and the Recovery Court.

This CLE is strongly recommended for members of the criminal defense bar.
