Introducing Pennsylvania’s Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act


The Act allows parties who are separating or getting divorced to opt for a private arbitration process to resolve their equitable distribution, alimony, support and custody claims, avoiding the delays and costs associated with litigation in court, and to obtain a disposition of their claims in a confidential, expedient and prompt manner.
