Mark will discuss the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s recent decision in Rush v. Erie Insurance Exchange, where the court reversed the Superior Court’s decision invalidating the regular use exclusion.

Mark will also cover major new developments in all areas of personal injury law over the past year including:  Liens, Premises Liability, Sovereign Immunity, Auto Law, Medical Malpractice, Evidence, Discovery and Products Liability.
